About Us

The Parma Rural Fire Protection District provides Fire Protection and Advanced Life Support transport to the northwest corner of Canyon County, and southern portion of Payette County.  The district has 2 stations, one located just north of the city of Parma, and a second on Anderson Corner Road in Payette County.

Parma Rural Fire Protection District was formed under Idaho Statutes as a taxing district with a Board of Commissioners who are duly elected by the citizens of the District.   Generally the Board meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM.  Half of the time it meets at Station #1, in Canyon County at 29200 Highway 95 and the other half at Station #2, in Payette County at 1245 Anderson Corner Road.  The public is welcome at all meetings, as the Commissioners are committed to openness in government.  Dates and times are listed in the Calendar.  The Notice and the Agenda of the upcoming meeting are found under "Files" in the Menu to the left.
